At Redraw Express, we are committed to delivering high-quality vector artwork and proofing services with accuracy and efficiency. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have outlined our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide top-tier service, but if you are not satisfied with your order, our refund policy applies under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under these circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you are mistakenly charged twice for the same order, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

Order Cancellation Before Processing: If you cancel your order before our team starts working on it, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Delay: If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe and you no longer wish to proceed, you may request a refund.

Quality Issues: If the delivered artwork does not meet the specifications provided at the time of order, we offer free revisions. If the issue cannot be resolved after revisions, we may issue a partial or full refund based on the extent of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the order has been fully completed and approved by the customer.

If the request for a refund is made beyond 7 days from the date of order delivery.

If the artwork files have been used, printed, or distributed after delivery.

If the issue is due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@redrawexpress.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within [1 business days].

3. Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7] and credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Processing

Orders can only be canceled before our team begins working on them. If the request is made early enough, we will issue a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation After Processing Begins

If work has already started, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

3. Urgent & Express Orders

Express orders that require immediate processing are not eligible for cancellation once the work has started.

Revisions Policy

Instead of refunds, we encourage revisions to meet your exact needs. We offer 1-2 free revisions per order. If additional revisions are required, they may be subject to extra charges.
